Just like the bonus experience gained when killing monsters in a group, players gain bonus honor for killing players while in a group. If the character levels of some group members are significantly higher than others, the amount of honor gained by the lower-level members will be reduced, as it is with monster experience.
Comment by Dragnis There a few npc that you can just use honor points but here one and the rest are all right by him: Name: Knight-Lieutenant Moonstrike, City: Stormwind, Grid Location: Lowest items are shoulder pads and hands cost 31, honor points. Their other npc around him sell different stuff, but may require different currency types. For Horde player even though I Hate you guys with a passion, Karma comes into play. Your npc is located in Orgrimmar city and be grateful I gave you this much information.

Comment by Proteous its nice since the new eaxpansion has changed a lot of things for WoW easpcially the honor points and their farming for gear. Honor Points can be used to purchase the lower-level PvP gear for the current season. Honor has been reworked with the release of the new World of Warcraft Shadowlands expansion.
The Honor System is a way for players to gain unique abilities, rewards and recognition from engaging in player vs player PvP activities. This new Honor System in Battle for Azeroth improves and simplifies on the previous system that was introduced with Legion. It is essentially the corner tower for the outer wall of the city.
Plus your Conquest bar will be reset preparing for the Shadowlands Season 1. Note that the Honor Blizzard is talking about here is the new currency to purchase entry range PvP items that is being used on Pre-Patch already, not Honor Levels.
Daily Wins. Getting your daily win in each Quick Match is the most efficient way to obtain Honor each day.
