What happens if i forgot my maplestory pin

I haven't logged in a while andI forgot the pin to my acct and Ive gone to nexon's page to reset the pin and verified through my email; however, I am still unable to reset my pin.

I dont get any error, it says it reset my password, but it keeps telling me to input my old pic in order to change. Most characters have linear skill progression, but characters that fall under the Explorer, Cygnus Knights, and Resistance jobs can branch out and specialize at early levels.

Different characters match different play styles, so try them all out to see which fits you best. Some characters such as Zero and Beast Tamer can only be created during specific event periods. Occasionally a special character event will occur, allowing you to try out a class for a short amount of time, such as Pink Bean. Looks like this is an issue for a lot of returning players.

I was able to have mine reset for me by submitting a ticket, it took about 3 days of communication though.
