Christian McCaffrey of Williamsville allegedly harassed a person through phone calls and text messages. Prosecutors say one incident involved McCaffrey using a derogatory slur against the person, who is Jewish. Dino Bruscia, 27 of Buffalo, was also arraigned Monday.
He's accused of using a flare gun to set the person's home in Amherst on fire back in December. The fire damaged the dining room. He is another New York City teenager who created internet uproar months ago with a video of himself eating his own poop mixed with ice cream.
