D Tata Library. The campus is majorly known for its research programs. For direct admission in ME program you are required to have your rank from 1 to IIT Mumbai was decreed to be institute of national importance. IIT Kanpur is known for computational works.
IIT Madras is again a good option for students who are from south. This institute also offer good placement and have good courses in Industrial engineering.
IIT Kharagpur is another good Institute offering good placements and have good faculties. For Interdisciplinary branches the ranking can go upto Hi Rahmaan.
